Kristen Stewart has been notoriously private about her personal life (and for good reason, her four-year courtship and subsequent break-up with Twilight co-star, Robert Pattinson was highly scrutinized in the media), but the actress is finally opening up about her current relationship with Alicia Cargile. “I would never talk about any of my relationships before, but once I started dating girls it seemed like there was an opportunity to represent something really positive,” said Kristen who confirmed last month that she is dating her former assistant. “I still want to protect my personal life, but I don’t want to seem like I’m protecting the idea, so that does sort of feel like I owe something to people. I love her so much.” Explaining the disingenuous effect the spotlight had on her past relationship, the Café Society star said, “People wanted me and Rob to be together so badly that our relationship was made into a product. It wasn’t real life anymore. And that was gross to me.” We’re hopeful that Kristen’s enlightenment will help to inspire those who feel the need to protect or even hide their true selves for fear of scrutiny in favor of self-acceptance and of course, true love.
If you haven't fully embraced one pieces as a staple part of swimsuit rotation, leave it to Emily Ratajkowski to change your mind. The model, who admittedly has a thing for bikinis, snapped a picture hanging on the beach in what's surely one of the sexiest yet: a black one piece.
It might not be as skimpy as the bikinis in her collection, but thanks to a lower-cut side and a high rise on the leg, it highlights her curves perfectly. Don't believe that this might be one of the sexiest suits on record? Read on to see it in full — you might just be convinced to scoop up one of our editor's picks inside.
The Ulysse Nardin Skeleton timepiece is a transparent beauty, where the inner workings become the art form. It shares its fluid network of positive and negative space intertwined ever so delicately with its wearer.
The seemingly infinite maze of individual movements, parts and bridges are reduced to essential composition and masterfully reinterpreted into a rare piece of work. The Royal Python Skeleton Tourbillon takes the beautiful complexity of its predecessor to an entirely new level.
Natural, free-flowing light passes through the timepiece, creating radiant luminosity. Silicium technology and an in-house-developed flying tourbillon honor the mechanics of the collection, featuring a silicium balance spring, anchor and escapement wheel. Hand-painted movement bridges dotted with rubies reveals the skill and sensibility of the artist, while exhibiting the wondrous world of Ulysse Nardin’s métiers d’art. A python strap finishes the snakeskin-inspired aesthetic of the entire timepiece.
Lush like the jungle, this “call of the wild” timekeeper is as original in style as it is in makeup. A limited edition of 18 pieces in rose gold 4N, the Royal Python Skeleton Tourbillon presents a fearless character intended for the uninhibited at heart.
